Ernest C. Chionopoulos

An Enrolled Agent (EA) is an individual who has demonstrated technical competence in the field of taxation. Enrolled Agents can represent taxpayers before all administrative levels of the Internal Revenue Service and state taxing authorities. Ernest C. Chionopoulos earned his bachelor of science degree from Northeastern State University in Boston Massachusetts.

He has been working in the area of accounting for more than 50 years, including a career at the Massachusetts Department of Revenue where he was responsible for a portion of the Estate Tax Bureau. Subsequent to retiring from that position, Mr. Chionopoulos passed the Enrolled Agent’s examination given by the United States Treasury Department.
