Emily is a Senior Associate at Absolute Law. Originally from Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, Emily and her family moved to Cape Coral while she was in elementary school. Emily attended Mariner High School and was accepted to the University of Florida for undergraduate studies. Emily is a proud Gator and supporter of the Orange and Blue, having attended the University of Florida in Gainesville for her undergraduate degree, where she achieved a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Anthropology. She is both a member of the University of Florida Alumni Association and a Gator Booster, proud to support and give back to the school she loves. Prior to attending law school, Emily worked at Absolute Law as an intern and a paralegal. She attended Ave Maria School of Law, received her Juris Doctorate in, and was admitted to the Florida Bar. She is a member of the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar and is admitted to practice in the Middle District of Florida and the Supreme Court of the United States. The focus of Emily’s practice at Absolute Law is family law and probate, where she gained significant trial experience and forged long-term relationships in the community during her years of practice. She is passionate about families and equity, and aggressively defends her clients’ interests.
